Audio (VoIP) is included in Nefsis as standard! You can use USB headsets (for the best quality) or external speakers and a microphone to communicate with other conference participants, without incurring any additional bills or costs.

To adjust your own audio in Nefsis, you can access the audio settings menu located at the bottom of the conference.
Best (and often) described as a "walkie-talkie" approach to using audio. It helps
cut out any background noise or echo that is often experienced with people who
work in a busy or loud environment.
Used as standard in all Nefsis conferences, it allows you to easily converse with other participants by just speaking into your microphone.
Allows you to change the way audio is controlled in the specific conference. By default is is "Host Controlled", but can easily be changed so that audio is automatically unmuted when people join.
You can quickly change the audio device you or any participant uses in a conference by right-clicking on an attendee in the user-list and selecting Audio Settings.
Narrowband and Wideband allow you to manually switch between a lower or higher audio quality.
