Share a PowerPoint® presentation


Overview...

You can share a PowerPoint presentation by using the Share tab and selecting "PowerPoint presentation". This is ideal when you do not need to make changes to it. It is generally faster and more efficient than sharing the application itself or your entire desktop.

Step-by-Step...


Share a presentation...

  • While in a Nefsis conference (as a Host or Presenter)...
  • Select the Share tab
  • Select PowerPoint Presentation


  • Locate a PowerPoint presentation to share and click Open


  • The presentation will then be sent to the conference for all other participants to view...

Controlling the presentation...

  • With the presentation now being shared with everyone in the conference, the Host, Presenter (or anyone with the Control Focus privilege) can navigate through the presentation using the share controls towards the top-left corner.

Stop Sharing...

  • Click Stop Sharing towards the top-right corner of the presentation.
