Change Video Resolution

Overview...

A Host can change the resolution (size) of the videos either for everyone in the conference or just for a specific individual. This can sometimes be useful if you want to have larger or better quality videos. As a rule of thumb, the higher the video resolutions, the more bandwidth is used / required.

Nefsis uses the resolutions that the webcam or video device provides and as such - can support resolutions up to High-Definition (HD)!

Step-by-Step...

Change everyone's video resolution

  • While in a Nefsis conference (as a Host)...
  • Select the Video tab
  • Select Resolution and choose the desired resolution from the list provided

Changing an individual's video resolution

Alternatively... you can change the video resolution of an individual attendee.

  • While in a Nefsis conference (as a Host)...
  • Right-click on a participant's live video image
  • Select Resolution and choose the desired resolution from the list provided
