Some products claiming to be a 'cloud' are really just a large centralized data center supplying a service, without any of the benefits of cloud-based service distribution.  A true cloud, like Nefsis, offloads and distributes the experience across the Web.  Nefsis does this by using a massive network of distributed computers to ensure the highest quality video conferencing experience; minimizing latency while delivering all the benefits of load-balancing, failover, and the scalability that true cloud architecture provides.

Parallel Processing

With multi-core desktop and conference room PCs, HD, roundtable and multipoint video are easy. Each of the various Nefsis capabilities, including video, audio (VoIP), and sharing are distributed across all the cores of each conference participant.  As new and more powerful computers arrive on the scene, you don't have to upgrade your software to expand the capabilities of Nefsis.  Nefsis will automatically provide higher resolutions, including high definition (HD), and at higher frame rates with more conference participants as your computing power grows.  This is how Nefsis rivals the most expensive telepresence systems available today, but accomplishes it in a software application that can easily be upgraded and improved without the cost of replacing expensive equipment.
