Apply My Layout can be clicked on to mirror (or copy) your current layout to everyone else in the conference. However, any subsequent layout changes will not be reflected to other conference attendees. By default the Host of the conference will have Follow My Layout turned on automatically, but can be turned off, so "Apply My Layout" can be used.
