Steven Peltier
Chief Executive Officer

Steven Peltier has more than 20 years of senior executive management experience during which he successfully led sales, business development and company expansion efforts on an international scale, while managing the capital resources of companies in the early to mid-stages of growth. He was formerly the President and CEO of San Diego, California-based ICS Advent Corporation, which designed, manufactured and integrated industrial PC-based computing platforms for industrial automation, telephony, online services, and data center applications for companies such as AT&T, British Telecom, France Telecom, Telephonos de Mexico, Northern Telecom and Lucent. Steven co-founded the company in 1987 and was instrumental in the company's global growth, achieving revenues of more than $100 million, and standing as the third-largest supplier of industrial computers in the world. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.

Allen Drennan
Chief Technology Officer, Founder and Chairman

Allen Drennan brings to Nefsis more than 15 years of experience in network management and software design. As Chief Technology Officer, Allen is responsible for Nefsis’ cloud-based architecture and all product research and development activities. Prior to founding Nefsis Corporation, he was Director of Technology and Operations for Advanta National Bank, where he was responsible for infrastructure, support and technology for Advanta's national computer network. Previously, Allen was Manager of Networks for all ITT Financial Corporation offices across the country. In this position, he was responsible for the organization's high performance networks and broadband communications infrastructure. Earlier in his career, Allen held computer technology positions at Fremont Insurance Corporation and Pacific Compensation Insurance.

Rick Ono
Vice President, Sales

Rick Ono brings over 25 years of sales, product management and marketing experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Nefsis, Rick was the Chief Operating Officer for Telanetix, Inc. (TNXI) a publicly traded provider of telepresence, video conferencing and VoIP products and services. Under Rick's leadership, Telanetix grew from a ground level start-up with six employees to an organization of 130 employees and over $25M in annual revenue. Rick has also held executive level positions with ADN Corp., Regis McKenna, Western Digital and Micom. Rick holds an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a BS from the University of La Verne and has served in the US Navy.

Tom Toperczer
Vice President, Marketing

Tom Toperczer has over 20 years in the IT industry. During his career Tom orchestrated over a dozen multinational product launches and numerous direct response marketing campaigns. Tom was a co- founder of web conferencing pioneer Contigo Software and previously held executive and director-level marketing positions with SeminarSource.com, publicly-traded Stac Software (STAC), and Mountain Network Solutions. Tom also served in the US Marine Corps. He holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the University of San Diego.

Colin Theseira
Director of Technology

Colin is an expert in the application deployment-to-maintenance lifecycle within corporate IT systems. Prior to joining the Nefsis team, Colin held senior network engineering and technical management roles with Advanta Mortgage and Logic Network Solutions. While at Advanta Mortgage he played key roles in automating desktop technology refresh cycles, including operating system upgrades, applications deployment, synchronizing directory management systems, and managing company-wide network operations. Colin is a certified Novell Engineer and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Jason Oen
Controller

Jason Oen brings over 17 years of accounting and finance experience to Nefsis. He was most recently Controller for Trigild, a nationally recognized authority on non-performing commercial loans. While at Trigild, Jason oversaw the corporate accounting for its managed properties. Prior to Trigild, Jason was Cost Accountant for Hanson Aggregates, one of the world's largest suppliers of heavy building materials to the construction industry. He holds a BS in Financial Services from San Diego State University.
