Contacts are people listed in your Nefsis contact list. Once a person has been added as a contact (and they've approved you!)
you can start communicating with them by text chat, popup message or even a web conference!

You can add contacts by using the Add Contact assistant, available under the Contacts tab
Setting a higher priority is useful for ensuring that you're alerted to a message from your Manager (or any other important contact)
Should you ever need to remove a contact, you can choose to by right-clicking on their name.
Not only can you send popup messages, initiate text chats but you can also send files to contacts.
If you only want to see online contacts in Nefsis, select "Hide offline contacts" from the application menu.
Should you ever miss or decline a file sent to you, you can always retrieve any files using the History tab.
