Introduction....

In the previous newsletter we informed you that our US Head Office had announced the addition of traditional teleconferencing capabilities within Nefsis. Unfortunately, we still seem to be having a few issues with the billing and reporting engine interface which will hopefully be resolved soon. As soon as it is solved and the feature is live outside of the USA we will let you know.

The R&D team has also been working furiously to develop an interoperability interface for connecting traditional video conferencing hardware (i.e. SIP/H.323 endpoints) to the Nefsis Video Conferencing Cloud. We are now entering the preliminary Beta testing phase - if you would like to take part in the customer only Beta test phase please contact us and we will provide further details.




Nefsis Version 5.3 - May 2011 Update

May 2011 brought 2 Nefsis updates!

The latest mandatory update to Nefsis was released on 7th May (Build 380), which had to be downloaded and installed prior to joining any online meetings. This was followed up by an optional update (Build 386) that helps address a couple of problems that were seen on a number of system configurations.
