There are two ways to setup a conference room so every user has the same Nefsis experience. One way is to generate a conference room user account and have all users log into that account. Another way is to setup the default profile so each unique user that logs in will have everything pre-setup for them.

This article describes the process of setting up a conference room system for unique users.

Windows 7\Vista:
[Caveat: All previous user profiles must be removed for the Default profile to work]

• Login as the Administrator
• Join a Nefsis meeting.
• Configure the video device then leave the meeting room
• Browse to %userprofile%\appdata\Local\Wiredred
• Open up Notepad then drag the file ‘CC_Settings.xml’ to the Notepad window and release the mouse
• Remove the line <option name=”uniqueID” value=”xxxxxxxxxxxx”/>
• Save the file
• Browse to %userprofile%\appdata\Local
• Right click on the ‘Wiredred’ folder and choose ‘Copy’
• Browse to C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local; Paste the ‘WiredRed’ folder under the ‘Local’ folder
(If you do not see a ‘Default’ folder under users; enable hidden folders)
• Reboot
• Validate the configuration for a new user
• Nefsis is now configured for all new users

Windows XP:
