For example do you expose COM objects so I can control the client software using VBScript etc ?

Is their a SDK ?

At this time we do not have a client SDK, nor do we expose any COM interfaces in the client.

It will be good if their are some automation tools support so building a telepresence system is easy. Currently your system is more toward a desktop platform where we need a keyboard and mouse.

Fount out about the "Alt" key and then "Y" key mouse less way to manage it. This is good, we can hook it up to http://www.winautomation.com and achieve the same results.

While not technically automation, emulating keystrokes to control the application via the 'Alt' key combinations will give you access to all of the Ribbon buttons.
