The FA virtual cam is the only video capture device showing up for a meeting participant. How can we get their Cyberlink webcam to be the source?

Nefsis requires DirectShow capture support in order for a capture device to be usable by our software. Could you provide a link to a product information page for the camera or the manufacturer's website so that we may review the device?
He has an Alienware M17 laptop and I just located the updated driver for it at this link so I will have him install that driver and give it another try tomorrow morning. thank you for the response.
