Hi,We have a user account that was setup during the trial period which does not work anymore even though the permanent license was activated - we get a "trial has expired" message. Is there a way to fix this without having to delete the account and re-create it?So far only this one account is affected. All other accounts setup during the trial period still work fine with the permanent license.Thanks.
