Certain versions of Acrobat don't properly install themselves as an OLE automation application. Usually if you update the Acrobat version it will fix this. You can also print directly from Acrobat to the Nefsis Printer to share documents if you enable 'Share printed documents automatically' under the general, settings inside of the conference client (under the round application button).
