We use Citrix HiDef for our audio (allows people to join via phone or Skype), and have found that if you start up Skype first, then join a Nefsis conference, the Skype connection drops out.
If you start Nefsis first, and then Skype, there's no problem.
If Nefsis audio could be enabled by a toll-free phone number in India, N. America, Australia, and Europe, we would use Nefsis.
