Please ensure that you are adjusting your own video resolution and not the conference wide video resolution. See this section of our Online User Guide for more information: https://www.nefsis.com/manual/cc-video-resolution.html.

Nefsis is capable of capturing video at resolutions up to 1080p, provided that the underlying hardware is capable of transporting that amount of data.
