This information applies to users with the Quickcam Pro 9000.

If your Quickcam Pro 9000 webcam is not capturing your video image when it is set 320 x 240 resolution or there are lines in the video images, please use of the options below to fix your issue.

1. Update your Logitech Quickcam software to the latest version. First, if you have to install the latest version of Logitech's update tool.

2. If your computer is using an AMD chipset, please install the update from Microsoft.

Thanks Colin for the instructions.
It was confusing that the camera would work at 640x480 but not 340x240.
