Thanks for the suggestion Scott. Unfortunatley it does not - I disabled the add-In because the Data key fix did not work for me (or others). FYI: We've now see this issue with two other installations. All installations have been MS 2007, 1 x Vista, 2 x XP. Conversely we've a significant number of installations where we don't see the issue. What is the purpose of the add-in?
