Hi Dan - It is possible that the connection setting is not set to 'locally installed Nefsis'.You can check that by selecting the circle 'N' in the upper left of the Presence Client and choosing 'Settings'. From there choose 'Connection' on the left side. You can then check the radial dial 'Use locally installed Nefsis' and then enter in the IP info. Your environment has two IP's for the APS.
